Aluminium Upgrades

Traxxas have gone to town with aluminium upgrades in this Slash. The ultimate has upgraded hub carriers, steering hubs, rear hubs, Shock bodies, and centre shaft. Coupled with the extreme heavy driveshafts, metal geared servo, and heavy-duty composite suspension arms, this is one of the toughest Traxxas cars to date.

Clipless Body Mounting

Say goodbye to those pesky body clips! The Slash 4x4 Ultimate features Traxxas' innovative clipless body mounting system. Remove the body in seconds by simply depressing the tabs and lifting it off. Reattaching is just as easy - drop the body onto the chassis and snap it into place.

High-Capacity GTR Shocks

The Slash 4x4 Ultimate's blue anodised aluminium GTR shocks deliver exceptional performance and smooth damping. These 13mm bore shocks boast 70% more oil capacity for plush handling and consistent performance. Titanium-nitride coated shafts resist wear, while X-rings provide a perfect seal. Effortlessly adjust ride height and preload with the threaded collars, fine-tuning your suspension for any track or challenge.

Slash's innovative clipless body features secure mounting with quick and easy removal. No posts, no clips—just drop the body onto the chassis and snap it into place for a secure hold. When it’s time to change the battery, depress the tabs under the wheel wells and lift up to access the chassis in just seconds.

Factory-Equipped for Pro-Level Performance
The Slash 4X4 Ultimate delivers a full complement of premium accessories to deliver competition-grade short-course performance and bomb-proof durability. The C-hubs, steering blocks, and rear hub carriers are constructed of solid aluminum for strength and blue-anodized for style. Traxxas soft S1 compound rubber tires enhance grip, and high-traction handling can be precisely tuned with the front and rear sway bars. No other electric short-course truck matches the Ultimate's convenience, competition-grade specs, and pro-level performance.

Traxxas Stability Management (also referred to as TSM) is included in Traxxas' latest receivers. It incorporates an advanced gyro system that detects when the wheels lose traction beyond the control of the user and instantly corrects it to keep you on course.
