The FAZER series Readyset is primed for action straight out of the box, simply load a charged battery on the car and insert batteries into the transmitter. Now the long-awaited RWD drift-spec FAZER D2 model has arrived! Rear two-wheel drive (RWD) is the standard configuration for current 1/10 scale drifting R/C cars and slides over the road surface under heavy counter-steer, just like a true drifting machine. With its drift-spec RWD chassis, the FAZER D2 features different weight distribution and suspension design to the standard FAZER as well as a receiver with built-in gyro unit that automatically controls counter-steer for optimal body slide. The gyro controls both steering and throttle, allowing newcomers to drifting to drift drive like a pro. The chassis also incorporates other modern R/C drift car components such as long-span suspension arms and a high-mounted motor for easy handling and setup. Even though this FAZER is packaged as a Readyset, you can still change and upgrade parts for custom tuning and setting of the D2 like a pure R/C car. To complete the full drift machine experience, this model includes Kyosho’s ultra-scale body and a variable wheelbase that allows a variety of body styles to be mounted. Traditionally, 1/10 scale drift cars have been the domain of experienced drivers but the complete FAZER D2 Readyset package brings the thrill of drifting machines within easy reach.
Kyosho’s meticulously finished ‘ULTRA SCALE BODY’ faithfully reproduces the smallest details of the car's body including light buckets, bumpers and mirrors to create a realistic ‘action display-quality model’. The ‘ULTRA SCALE BODY PLUS’ takes this even further by eliminating mounting holes that are drilled into the polycarbonate body.

Fully assembled 1/10 scale EP (electric) drift car in a Readyset package. All you need is 4 x AA batteries for the transmitter, and a battery with charger for the chassis.

The Toyota 86, a rear-wheel-drive sports car that debuted in 2012, inherited the name of the popular AE86 from the 1980s. The GT grade is suitable for users seeking a more sporty and refined driving experience. This particular model is based on the GT grade and features aerodynamic tuning through the replacement of the stock hood with a carbon fibre one and the addition of a rear spoiler.
Newly designed concealed body mounts mean the fixing posts and pins do not protrude externally, allowing a more realistic appearance of the exquisite ultra-scale body.
The wheels replicate RAYS wheels, providing a significant cosmetic upgrade. Plastic drift tyres are included as standard and provide the optimal balance of drift slide and control.

High mount position of the motor induces moderate roll characteristics. By changing the motor position, the rear tyre grip can be adjusted
Motor mount eliminates need for tricky gear backlash (mesh) adjustment. Gear ratio can be changed using the elongated hole to fit Kyosho 48P 16-37T pinion gears.
Advanced drift stability is achieved through the special 4-gear design that utilizes the motor's counter torque to maximize rear traction and grip.
The rear drive unit uses a spool (rigid) axle without a differential function to support smooth drifting.
The gear diff and ball diff set for Kyosho’s 2WD competition buggy can be used. This allows you to adjust the rear tire traction. *Must be used in conjunction with the separately sold universal swing shaft (No.FAW305).
