Inspired by the legendary Bathurst 1000, this set brings the atmosphere of Mount Panorama right into your living room. The Bathurst 1000 is an endurance test known for demanding amazing skill and precision from drivers as they negotiate famous sections like the Dipper, Skyline, and Conrod Straight. Now, you can recreate that rivalry with two of the most famous touring cars to ever race the mountain: the Peter Brock associated Holden A9X Torana and the Allan Moffat associated Ford XC Falcon.
The Bathurst 1000 has seen some, if not all, of the greatest touring cars to ever race. The 620 mile (1,000 km) Mount Panorama Circuit has seen drivers with amazing skill and precision negotiate some of the famous sections, like the Dipper, Skyline and Conrod Straight.
This complete set features a massive 6.76 metres of track that can be assembled into 8 different layouts, allowing you to keep the racing fresh and challenging. The track includes elevated sections, borders, and barriers to keep the action on the blacktop. The cars are highly detailed 1/32 scale replicas, capturing the livery and aggressive stance of the 1970s V8 legends.
Everything you need to start racing is in the box. The included powerbase and hand throttles provide direct control, letting you feather the throttle through the technical sections and pin it down the straights. Whether you are a dedicated collector or a family looking for race day fun, the Bathurst Legends set is a tribute to Australian racing history.
